this is if i cant go as high as the intel, could it be cheaper?
If you have to spend the extra getting a 120mm fan for the Antec 200 case, I'd suggest you get this following case instead:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-033-ZA&tool=3
It comes with 3 fans by default, and the layout is better than the overly cut down Antec 200.

Also, if you are going 1080p for res, it's worth considering if you want to spend extra £40~£50 getting the 1GB version of the GTX460 instead (GTX460 768MB would still be overall faster than a 5830 1GB at 1920x1200 4xAA, but the 1GB version of the GTX460 would give more headroom for playing the odd higher VRAM demanding games (not more than a few at the moment, but there might be more in the future), as well as the high ROPs and better memory bidth would be beneficial as well).

looks good but what about cpu cooling do i need with the amd build and ill consider the 1gb but im still tight on budget as it is

Don't bother with a custom CPU cooler, the stock fan is fine. Unless you intend to start overclocking it is unecessary.

from my pov of course, but i see your trying to help but im not looking to play brand new games maxed out maybe in a year or two.

Looks alright. As for getting a aftermarket CPU cooler or not, I guess that depends on if your Phenom II 555BE can unlock to a working Quad (Phenom II 555BE should be able unlock to Quad on the 800 chipset motherboard in bios, but whether or not the locked away cores can be unlocked successfully, or even if unlock was successful...would the unlocked cores be full strenght that's depending on luck).

If the Phenom II 555BE can unlock to a Quad and works fine, then you probably don't need to overclock it and a stock fan would be fine. However, if the Phenom II 555BE can only be used as a dual-core, then I would say grab a aftermarket CPU cooler and overclock it, as the Phenom II 555BE with just two cores at stock speed 3.20GHz could hold back the GTX460 1GB in some CPU demanding game scenes.

well if i want to overclock i could easily go back and order a cooling fan but what about unlocking cores how is this done cos ive read about this

You could save money on the case, it is overkill for your build, do you really need a built in fan controller for an unclocked PC? A Coolermaster Elite 335 will do the job for £30.

That case only comes with one 120mm fan, getting another for rear would be another £5-£6.

Zalman's come with 3 120mm fan front, rear and side, and is big enough to fit a 5870 (while the Coolermaster Elite 335 may not).

The 120mm fan is fitted to the rear, a second one is unecessary, and the 5870 will fit.
