Teflon woks are pointless. A wok is meant to be used smoking hot - the hottest your hob will go. Talk of fumes and Teflon flu aside, it's just not designed to be used at that temperature and it will burn and discolour.
If you want a 'decent' wok, there's pretty much only one way to go and that is the carbon steel route. You can get em online, but as Ahleckz mentioned, the cheapest and best selection is a chinese supermarket.
If you've got a gas hob then you can grab a wok ring and use a round bottomed pan for the full experience, if not then grab a flat bottomed one.
Edit: Should have said that as glitch mentioned, you could also consider anodized aluminium, but it's pretty expensive (£50+) compared to a carbon steel one for less than a tenner. Don't buy a thick one though, the point of wok cooking is that they're meant to heat unevenly. You cook at the hottest bit (the bottom) and then move things up the side of the pan when they're done.
