Spec me a drink!

Not a huge drinker and can probably count the number of drinks i've had since christmas on 1 hand, but the problem is I can drink much at all, not because I get drunk but it just tastes wrong!

Lager or Cider I can usually manage a pint at a struggle but its just too gassy and after half usually starts to taste yuk.

Can anyone recommend an alcoholic drink thats easy to drink and tastes nice, only reason being its a mates 30th tomorrow and we all plan to have a good night drinking, which wont be good if I can only manage 1 pint!

Main thing if its tastes like alcohol, I probably wont like it.

What about the Kopparberg fruit ciders? The strawberry and lime is just like drinking red ice pops!

As said already, Kopparberg ciders are nice, very sweet though IMO, also Disarono and coke is a good one.

try a real beer rather than a larger, most beers aren't very gassy and have a wonderful taste.

As said, Kopparberg (I prefer the mixed fruits one) or Jacques.

Asda had Jacques on for 2 for £4 (750ml bottles) which is a good deal, don't know if it's still on however.

Gin & Tonic is the best drink in the World.
Black aftershock with coke is pretty tasty too, breaks up the sourness of constant gins too.

A random one for when you're at home (or a friends etc);

Bottle of pepsi (cherry coke works too), emptied to just above the label, then add half a bottle of disarono, and a few (more like 5+) shots of whiskey. When done correctly it tastes just like doctor pepper. You can also add some cherry sours or similar to add a bit of a different flavour.

K(c?)opperberg, it's a cider but it generally isn't gassy like some ciders or lagers and it comes in a few flavours. Personally I prefer the blackcurrant/summer fruits variety.
