Swiss K31 for no other reason than I want one myself. Beautiful, classic rifle. Straight pull, magazine or stripper clip fed and damn accurate. Sure to be a conversation starter on the range (and a joy to shoot no doubt).

How many shotguns do you own? If you can find a KelTec KSG you can load her up with 14 x 2.75 inch shells; any flavour you like, bird, buck, slug, bean bags, dragons breath... spoiled for choice.

If I were choosing a pistol for fun not PDW (because Glocks just work. Shame they're ugly.) I'd definitely get myself a M1911 variant. She's old and heavy and only squeezes in 7 x .45 ACP but looks so nice and feels great in your hand. Opt for a Ruger or Springfield.
