So, I am not taking my missus out for a slap up meal, have seen the prices for Feb 14th? EXTORTION!!

So, I am going to cook for her, maybe buy a bottle of wine aswel, and a nice pud.

Thing is, I cannot think of something to cook, I can cook lasagne very well and it is nicer than some restraurants near here. But it has got boring, and I want to try something different that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

First thing is first, I eat anything that doesn't have veg, or lamb, or pork. My girlfriend doesn't eat...chicken, fish, steak, curry, chilli.

So, OCUK, can you spec me a meal to cook that is very tasty, presentable and fit for Valentines day?

Worlds fussiest eaters. Have a potato....that shouldn't contain and veg or meat at all.

So you don't want anything with veg, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, beef, curry or chilli?

Fussy blighters!

Why not do spinach and fetta cannelloni

So you want a meal for two fussy eaters? Sounds like you want to have a look at some pasta dishes.

Pasta with cream cheese and pesto.

Step 1 - Cook pasta
Step 2 - Stir in cream cheese and pesto
Step 3 - Eat

Get oven dish.

Slice potato, onion, tomato.
add meat(any).
sprinkle herbs.
Add boiling water maybe some wine too.

Cover oven dish with foil.

Cook!

Make some falafel or rice to go with, jobs add good'un.

Just re-read original post:-

Tell you what op my old dear would slap you silly if you came to her table being a fussy ******. You guys can starve tbh :D

Wow, the possibilities are endless.....

I'm guessing things like duck, venison, etc (ie the more 'exotic'/gamie meats) are also out of the question?

As others have said you're probably looking at some sort of pasta dish(es), have a look here http://uktv.co.uk/food/homepage/sid/5914, however based on your above criteria a lot of them will have to be ruled out.

You don't eat vegetables? What?

It sounds like you'll have real difficulty making an interesting meal that at least one of you won't be too fussy to eat.

Anybody remember that pic where the guy messed his order up on the website, and ended up getting a 'pizza' delivered with no cheese or tomato, but just bread and meatballs or something?
