Hi,
First of all, apologies for yet another "spec-me" thread.
I'm after a motherboard to go with the following components:
The build is to be used as a 24/7-on backup storage solution.
I've not bought any of the parts mentioned at the top yet so if you think an AMD solution would be a lot better, let me know, otherwise I would prefer an Intel solution as my other PC's are Intel and its useful to be able to test parts in other machines.

I'm after a motherboard to go with the following components:
- Lian-Li PC-A17B
- Enermax Modu 82+ 425W
- Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 3.00GHz (1333FSB)
- Samsung SpinPoint F1 320GB
- 4 x Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB
- support the hardware mentioned above
- have at least 6 SATA II ports with at least 4 on the same RAID-enabled onboard-controller for RAID 0
- have on-board graphics supporting Vista Aero (just so I know its recent, not necessarily going to use Vista)
- be a fanless design
- not have any known issues with common 3rd party cpu coolers
- cost under £100
- had power saving features
- could handle HD decoding using onboard graphics
