Air fryers are good, but do not compare to proper deep/shallow fried treats. The taste of buttermilk fried chicken cannot be replicated by an air fryer, nor pakoras, prawn toast etc.why/how are you generating this ... maybe time to reflect on the contents of your diet
..... christmas turkey is the only culprit for generating any quantity of fat, also, I suspect, even those with air fryers, don't generate much.
Doing these everyday would be a bad diet, but having a special treat now and again won't kill you.
