This just makes me want to know a lot lot more, tell us it would make a better thread.

Prank wise try the thing where you have a bowl of water held on the ceiling by a broom tell him to hold it. then leave after a few seconds sneak in slap him, he drops bowl ... laughter. :p

Does he have a daughter? Tell him you are marrying your cousin and send a nice expensive wedding invite card in the post :)
 
If I can't get hold of balls then it will likely end up being the above water bowl prank, that would be comedy even if it means getting a slipper to the face for getting the carpets wet :p

Oh it will be recorded and youtubed so no worries there :D

I'll update the Op with the prank I was subjected to later on today as it will take some tapping of the keyboard.

Does he always park a certain way in his car?

If so get spare key and turn it round whilst hes out/away, keep doing this. Will need his Mrs to play along well though.

I faked a few letters to people at work address, get logos etc from websites. I did a FORD one congratulating someone on their new car, dropped Found On Road Dead, and Ford Owner Really Dumb plus stuff like that into the letter. You could do similar with the Toyota One? Just start it off believable then make it less and less so as you go through the letter
Maybe say they are issuing a recall to make some changes as they are trying to remove the image of boring middle aged balding accountants from this model ;)

Something involving a balaclava is always a hoot. Even the simple "hide in the bedroom, spring out at someone" routine when they're about to go to bed. My housemate did that, I nearly had a heart attack. Then I killed him.
 
I think you should do the letter one aswell that is quite funny as you are wasting his time maybe put it on his fridge as it has important stamped on it.

The bowl of water is quite easy to guess, how about putting one above a doorway or massive water balloon upon leaving the house.

dropping a bowl of glue and hair on him from a window/ tupee.
 
When he walks in from home be stood there with a knife and Get his wife to lay on the floor naked with fake blood everywhere. Your timing has to be very good though as he might flip-out and kill you but if you time it just right he will only hate you for the rest of your life. But the look on his face will be classic.
 
next time you get a hair cut save the clippings (or if your feeling really mean just get some random's hair from a hair dresser)

get access to his house at night and using some spray mount give him a wig :D
