I'm looking at finding something I can put on toast in the mornings at work that has a decent amount of protein in it.

Atm I am having a protein shake with my breakfast to get up there but kind of getting bored of that and wanting to try something else. It can't be anything fancy and also I don't really have the option to cook as I have my breakfast at work.

I was leaning towards the peanut butter as I love it and maybe I could grab some cottage cheese for a special occasion, I already have it on my sammich each day though

Buy the MyProtein Peanut Butter, it's better than the stuff you get in supermarkets.

Thickly spread some granary toast with organic peanut butter, then trowel on an extra thick layer of Nutella. That takes some beating for ultimate toast :D

Not really a spread, but you can't get much better than some Mackerel on toast for breakfast.

Poached eggs on toast? they take 3 minutes cooking, perfect time to put on your toast soon as 3 minutes ish are up whack them on.. 2 slices of granary toast bit of margerine, 4 poached eggs and a bit of brown sauce = nom!

Also the peanut butter and nuttella idea sounds amazing, may have to do that over the weekend as my treat!

no its not, what makes it better?

its may be better than some of the varieties and brands but not all of them, peanut butter is a simple product and the differences between them are minimal at best.

i buy the natural organic stuff from asda and its like 100% peanuts or thereabouts, myprotein's stuff is like double/triple the price in comparison

Cheese on toast?

That nutella sounds awesome, i know what i'll be having come refeed this weekend.

Dieting sucks, good job it's coming to an end.
