Spec me a spread to put on toast in the mornings

it does have a lot of fat in it, but its good fat, the difference between lard and cod liver oil. lard is fat you want to avoid, cod liver oil isn't.

although eating peanut butter every other day and not working out is probably a bad thing, philadelphia light or something else may be a wiser choice for some people, so long as your active you dont need to worry.

nutella is fattening though, so its best to avoid that on a regular basis, it does taste great though.
