Rolex are only nice with diamons.

I think it really depends on what someone is looking for, i.e. chrono or not, bling or not, etc.
Have to say that the sheer number of fake Rolex around put me off buying one. In addition, I don't particularly like chronos.

Personally I looked at Jaegre Le Coutre, IWC and Zenith, all of whom make some rather tasty watches. Ended up with a nice Zenith dress watch.
One of the good points is that no one pays the slightest attention, so hopefully I won't get mugged for it.
