Got a nice little lantern with a 18650 included for £13 in a group buy from the budgetlightforum.

Simple operation tap to switch on then tap again to change from cool white to warm white or vice versa. Then keep your finger on the top for the brightness to ramp up or down.

There is also a switch on the bottom to change it to red which can either be solid of flash sos.

It's insanely bright with a great UI, out does even Zebralight IMO. The tint and beam are also lovely (XP-L Hi 3A). Liking the cyan aux surface mounted LEDs also, these give the appear of tritrum. They consume very little power, measure 0.070mA on the low setting. Great for the bed side table.

Brilliant at burning things also and starting fires :D. The output and heat output is insane.

A few years ago you could buy Wind-up torches that had a capacitor rather than a rechargeable battery , Can you still buy these as i can't find them anywhere?
