Spec me some deodorant...

Erm, bit of a strange question, but nevertheless, does anyone have any recommendations of a good antiperspirant to use? Preferably after something that actually prevents/absorbs perspiration, and not something with a really strong smell.

Currently using Adidas, but seems a bit useless. Any ideas?

Driclor is great stuff. Apply at night, sleep with the tingling for a few days, and sweat is a thing of the past.

Then the sweat has to come out from somewhere else?

I use Sure cotton fresh because it doesn't have a smell, haven't used Lynx since I was a schoolboy:p

Sure. Big cans, lasts a long time, stops sweaty pits! Never had any complaints! If I'm goin out though, I have a can of Armani for man that I use ;)

Truth. ^

I've tried many of the years, and Sure is by far the best. Although I use a roll on rather than a spray. It has a rather neutral smell which is much better than those cheap smells that other brands have.

Heh, thinking about I'm not sure if there was a scientific reason behind it or it was an internet urban legend. I remember a while back there was a bit of a hoohar as they use aluminium particles to block your sweat pores which isn't a good idea. I'm not sure if that's the same now.

yes it has aluminium particles on it,which are hazardous for health:)

If I want prevention I use "Physio sport" anti perspirant.
Works really well and does actually smell quite nice

However if all I want to do is freshedn up then Lynx "Africa" is my current fav.

Adidas I found to be absolute pants.

Fahrenheit is probably my most Fav aftershave, the smell lasts for days :D

CK "Electric" is smooooth but the essence has disappeared by the end of the night. :(

Driclor gets another vote for me. I used to just sweat from my armpits ridiculously.. Like to the stage where i couldn't wear just a t-shirt, id have to wear a top underneath to stop sweatpatches. I could be shivering in freezing cold weather walking up to town on a night out and my armpits would be sweating like crazy. Never used to sweat anywhere else and it never used to smell.

I went into boots and found the Driclor , its expensive at about £7 a roll. But its the best £7 Ive ever spent. Stung like crazy the first time I used it and I hardly slept all night because of the pain. Then after about 3 nights I just completely stopped sweating. Now I use it one night every 10 days. Awesome stuff!

Snap, 1st month of using this stuff. Agree with the pain at first and itchyness.

Reccomended this stuff to a mate too who is the same as me sweats in an aircon office and is cold!
