Right I've finally decided i should properly exercise more, so today i went to dodge ball and completely ****ed up my shoulder, popped out and stuck in place every time I tried to throw the ball( right shoulder) and i really hate football, so do any of you know a sport/exercise can do that doesn't need my right arm (I'm right handed), an isn't football.
I do like running don't really fee comfortable running round Manchester.
Sorry i this is overly complicated or stupid, but would like to know what excerise i could do (i am rather skinny and lazy so wan to do something before this affects my health)
