Spec me some quiet fans

@Funky-Melon

Thanks, your motherboard looks the same but those images are completely different!

It's the MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC.

Sadly I didn't do enough research on it and it's got the smaller BIOS chip (none MAX board) so to cram in the Ryzen 3000 series micro code they had to take out all the fancy BIOS GUI. Not too bothered as all the features are there still, just in a more 2010 style BIOS :D

I expect I'll have to upgrade it if I want to shove a Ryzen 4000 series in there at a later point, unless they start dropping support for older CPU's to make space for the new microcode.

Ah I see, mine is the same board but with a 2600x so that explains it

I too will be looking at 4000 series but will be ITX this time so will be replacing my board

@Minibiker

The arctics are good if the price tempts you, I have them still the bequiets replaced them but just be aware they are great for intakes as high static pressure fans, not so good for exhaust in my experience

I also noticed the part where you screw them to the case started chipping off as it's just plastic but I did remove and reinstall them quite a few times, won't be a problem if you install them once
