Spec me - Video editing machine

I've been going round in circles trying to spec a machine up for my friend for video editing. Deciding between SSD drives, raid and all that whilst keeping the price in check.

If you had to spec a machine up for £2000 that was for HD video editing in Adobe Premier, what would you get??

I was thinking i7, 12gb tripple channel RAM, onboard raid but i'm a bit rusty on the hardware side.

Cooling:
Corsair H50-1

Case:
Coolermaster Cosmos Case

HDDs:
5 x WD Caviar Green 1.5TB (two for raid 0, three for Raid 5 if mobo can handle that)
1 x Intel X25-M

Ram:
Corsair XMS3 6GB PC3 Tri-Channel (will probably double this at a later date to 12GB).

GFX:
Sapphire ATI HD5770 1024mb

The PSU you've listed is...in fact...a watercooling system

Use the H50 for CPU cooling and drop the Domino.
