Spec-me

Will do a bbuild log later. Right now I can't take the DVD cover off.

See it's simple stuff like this that you should ask about ;)

What DVD cover ? If it's the faceplate you're talking about then power the dvd, eject the tray. Take the tray front off first by twisting it gently, the plate on the chassis will now come off with ease. I suspect you're not doing this.... Please tell me you're not

I just hope it's the windows dvd that is obstructing you :D

nooooooooo

My thoughts exactly ... Not even a wall of components pic

Straight into the build without any cause or concern ..... losing interest tbh

a lot of people have spent their time trying to come up with a spec thats best for you, and they dont even get rewarded by some pics of the build?

you got it about 2 and a half hours ago and you are just on the DVD ? :p

Nah think he's nearly there, there's a pile of empty boxes on the floor, lots of static electricity floating around and we're close to the ignition of the ' My PC won't switch on thread '

I never build in a case, built in 30 mins on a workbench then straight to overclocking and stability for around 3 days.... After which I throw it in a case

My first build I done it in the computer, 2nd I did it on my desk.

Always put the case on and made sure everything is fine before overclocking which usually happens about a week or 2 later. :)

Yeah, think we all did out first build in a case.... Not knowing how to power the motherboard via the panel connector is probably the reason why. Nowadays mobos have a power switch on board so that should make it even easier.

Yeah, I only open bench as you can easily find the max limits, read actual temps and volts directly - Find it a lot easier and leave case cooling as different expedition

:p Lol, hes got what he wanted, nows he going to **** off :) and leave us all waiting for pictures.
