hi, can someone spec me a pc for around £2500 including monitor, must have the following

Nvidia 1080
intel 7700k
fastest 500gb ssd for os
1tb hdd
16 or 32g ram fastest speed
run as cool as possible and as silent as possible

main use is gaming

the case can hold 8 so I thought why not or thought it'll keep it cooler, hdd is only for storage, thanks for the gpu advice, thanks for the memory advice, what about the following adjustments

1. r5 without window
2. no extra fans
3. 3200mhz ram

can anyone answer these
