and i think you'll find them a lot more expensive than yamaha and denon too. Besides, denon and yamaha are hardly top end equipment, i think it would be more fair to compare bose to arcam/naim/linn and then you'll see a difference.
Bose is poor value for money.

I couldn't believe the price of the Sennheiser earphones, the reviews that I read said they were very good. But I've plumped for the EC 2'S, at 34.99. The reviews on these were excellent and I couldn't really justify spending that much money on earphones to keep me entertained on a bus.

I wouldn't recommend the ER6i. They are accurate but sound a little too clinical and lifeless, not very fun to listen to at all.

If you like your music lush, impactful and groovy, spill out on a pair of Westone UM2 or Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro IEMs.
