BBC says it is only going to be targetted at known bad areas, where deaths are high and what not, so hopefully it shouldnt be a NSL reduction but just changing the sign to 50
Wonderful, another step further away from a policy that will actually reduce accidents and save lives...
The focus on speed slowed the rate of reduction in deaths significantly, this will just make that problem worse.
