Got some wasp killer, I would like to fire it but I'll probably set the house on fire. My issue with spiders is when I'm sleeping, imagine having one of those crawl into ya mouth
If you're on about Cellar Spiders https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pholcidae then you're doing it wrong - leave them be and they will take care of house spiders https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tegenaria as they are a natural predator of them.
Come to Scotland, I've only seen one this year!
Given there could be around forty trillion spiders in the UK it's hard to keep track.
Is it me or is there a massive increase in spider numbers in the last month?
Never kill them, pick them up and put them outside.
It annoys me when people kill house spiders, they are harmless.
You think that's bad, have any of you come across a house centipede?! Damn those things look freaky as hell and they rocket across the floor/wall/roof. I try to catch them and throw them outside but the way they move makes it almost impossible not to kill them out of some instinctive form of self preservation
Normally I'm not bothered but lots of them are the things with massive long spindly legs and a tiny body which creeps me out. The little scuttling fellas or the reasonably sized house spiders I tend to leave be.
