Not a parody of ants in the garden i swear :p

Theres some huge spiders in my shed, i saw two there could be more, how do i kill these things? They were too fast for the spider catcher and they terrify me so i don't wanna go near them. Any kind of permanent or semi permanent solution to this? Trap? Poison? Gas? Would RAID fly killer do it?

I hate going to get the lawnmower out and having to slowly and cautiously move into the shed looking up to make sure one dosent drop on my head or something :(

Spiders FTFW.

A huge bruiser of a spider has just moved into my front room.
It has built a web that spans 2ft across the corner.

I'll let him stay.
With the back door being open all day we got stupid flies.

Hopefully Theodore's web will catch them :D

Ask your husband to go in the shed for you.

And this.

Maybe this

You need to show him who's boss by marking your territory with urine. Otherwise next time you're in the shed, he'll just exert his superior masculinity.

If you have spiders then you're unlikely to have bee or wasp hives.

Which would you prefer?

Exactly.

I have some large ones, very large, in my workshop, there is another one living in the gas box, also have a large one living behind the tv, you see Marmaduke scuttling across the carpet some evenings.

They don't do any harm, leave them in peace.

They're fine. I did feel a bit bad when I finally killed the one living behind my wing mirror after 3 years of it taunting me!

lol @ the responses :D

Ho humm.... i quite like bees, not so much wasps. And i dont know how i would feel with a hive of either in the shed =/ Swings and roundabouts i guess.

Just keep in mind that one of them may bite you & turn you in to Spiderman & you'll be fine.

Leave them to grow so large they can operate the lawn mower, then relax with a nice cold beer
