Spiders...

totally get rid of that thing in my garage, they have hundreds of baby spiders in those sacks euuurghhhh. if nothing short of killing it with a gun fire sharp jabbing i would at least knock it into a bucket and put it somewhere away from the house so at least i would get a bit of piece of mind lol!

Hhhmmm, a little freaky. 8 seconds into the clip, a spider descended down the wall behind my monitor in a creepy fashion

I have never understood how grown men can be scared / disgusted by spiders. I think most of them look damn cool, and I would never knowingly kill them (Plus I was born in Zimbabwe, so spiders take care of all the mosquitos.)

Well they wouldn't be phobias if they weren't irrational now would they :)

Have to say I am not disgusted by them, I am truly fascinated but yes terrified of them.

they are cool to look at from afar not in my house or near me.

Also, the giant centipedes are far creepier.

I love spiders, but some even creep me out.

The guy in the video needs to man up, it's only a hunstman, it's not going to eat his face.

:) That made my day.

I've had a resident harvestman in my bathroom for the last 3 months; rescued it from drowning in the shower while it was small, and it's still going strong. Takes care of the many silverfish running around.

I admit, anything larger than that does send a shiver down my spine, but it's more of a curious fear. Yes it is irrational, it's interesting why they cause this fear in people - I don't know of any other creature which causes this, not counting sensible 'fears' (ie malaria mosquitoes).
Like anything else, I wouldn't kill one for no reason, but at the same time I would not want to touch one.
