I'm after some advice for aic con in a single room

7m x 5.6m x 2.6m. 2 small windows that are likely to be closed off and very well insulated.

How does his one look?

If the room has small windows and is well insulated as you say, then it's way too much capacity. Like 2x too much. Probably look in the 3.5 kW range at a maximum, and even that is probably a bit generous.

And it's a grand just for the hardware lol..
I'm pretty sure the ones I have in Spain are only 12000 btu each, and they can cool the rooms down from 35+c to about 24c in literally 3 or 4 minutes.

A grand is expensive for what you get? (i know nothing) I'd imagine the Spanish market for AC is slightly more competitive than the UK.
