** spoilers ** English League Football [27th - 28th November 2010]

Left foot would have been easier, the pressure from the defender made him shoot with the outside of the right foot. Not as easy as it looked

Reina
Johnson, Carra, Skrtel, Konchesky
Kuyt, Lucas, Miereles, Maxi
Ngog, Torres
Liverpool team as above.

The teams we've struggled against this season have all attacked with pace down the wings. Our fullbacks get absolutely no support because we play so narrow so with Lennon and Bale in their team I expect Spurs to rape us today.

Would've been nice to have Agger or Soto in the team but the formers been completely dropped and looks likely to leave in January and the latter gets dropped whenever the Accident Waiting To Happen twins are fit :(

Oh Kalou....makes a change though. Usually he's terrible and gets a skanky goal. Today he has been good but missed from a yard :\

His problem has always been his end product/crosses. Usually does all the approach play really well then messes up the simple cross/finish.

Sturridge should have at least hit the target.

Well barring a last min goal by Chelsea...but im hoping Newcastle score...would definitely end my weekend on a much better note:).

Tottenham team:

Gomes, Hutton, Kaboul, Gallas, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Palacios, Modric, Bale, Van der Vaart, Crouch.

Spurs struggle when they don't have the ball and when teams defend in numbers and pressure the play in midfield. They also suffer with confidence and motivation and can end up their own worst enemies.

Ah cack, VdV starts :(

Means that I lose out on Chris Brunt's points in FF this week. Plus it means that Spurs will probably murder us.

Huh just realised that if Liverpool win this, they actually go level with Spurs in joint 6th - which if you based it on the media coverage alone you'd expect Spurs to be 15 points higher and Liverpool to be 15 points lower. Funny old game :)

i.e. You have Harry Redknapp proclaiming that Spurs can win the league, and Roy Hodgson proclaiming that lLiverpool are in a relegation scrap :p
