He didn't get anywhere near it, Hernandez clearly touched it away before Robinson got to him. Regardless of whether Hernandez was getting it or not, it was a blatant pen.
 
1414: United's players are incensed. Javier Hernandez goes through and he goes down inside the area, and referee Phil Dowd wants to chat to his assistant referee before making his decision. The United players are all over the referee and his assistant, and when they decide, the decision is PENALTY TO MANCHESTER UNITED. And people have a go at Barcelona for trying to referee games...

There were just as many Blackburn players around the ref :confused:

lol, i saw 2 blackburn players telling the man utd players to get back, whereas about 5 man utd players screaming at the assistant
