**SPOILERS** Football 26th Feb - 2nd Mar 2011

...and just as easily losable too.

2 defeats all season in all comps says we don't easily lose games, given the gap between those defeats we're probably not due for another defeat for at least another couple of months ;)

No favourites for next Sunday really.
It's united vs pool, anything happens, form out the window(generally) and I doubt united can get away with playing at anfield like they have done away from home most of season, should be a class game, hopefully as good as the 3-2 but in favour of Liverpool.

Beating Utd would at least balance the points, I assumed we would beat West Ham and not beat Utd, so if we beat Utd now it makes up the points that I had assumed we'd gain from West Ham.

Whats the injury news at Liverpool? Read that Kelly might not play (although Giggs took him to school in the FA Cup tie). What about Meireles he came off early yesterday, any news on him yet? He's probably the only one of your players I'm all that worried about tbh.

I assume Caroll is still no where near returning?

Carroll is near returning.
Meireles was only a kick to the knee by a hammer, so impact.
Giggs did not take Kelly to school lol.

If reports are to be believed over the weekend Liverpool think Carroll is a bit of a lardy boy and needs to get his weight down :D

Looking forward to Utd next two matches (in a dread kind of way lol) - Could be a fantastic week, or just as easily be a train-wreck.....hmmm and I watched Unstoppable at the weekend lol

I would say that Kelly is a definite no for the match, I would fully expect a veteran player to school a youngster, would be more worrying for the veteran if he didnt tbh.

Meireles should be ok for it, was just a bang.

If I was you though, I'd stop worrying about Meireles and be more concerned about Suarez. He's a twisty turny little bugger and is very capable of doing something unexpected, kind of reminds me of how boxers used to say that fighting Prince Naseem was problematic because the attacks came from all sorts of weird angles. :D

Caroll might be on the bench, but I'd be very surprised if he started. Probably come on and nod a goal in from a Suarez corner in Fergie time :D

offtopic but is unstoppable good?

Also i think if you walk away with 2-3 points with these 2 games you can still coast the league.

That is literally stunning. I can't actually believe he hasn't been banned for 3+ games, I thought there was NO way that they would have the audacity to ignore this one. What is happening? Really worrying stuff.

At least the FA are good at policing Twitter, much more important than punishing sprinting jumping elbows to the head for no reason.

Nice the FA. There aren't words to describe this one, it was more a question of how many games he'd get banned for, not if.

The referee told them he thought it wasn't malicious and the FA decided thats fair enough as no harm was done?

Not that worrying.

Yeah but we have videos, and we can all see it is malicious and 100% on purpose

That's the reason they should have banned him, the ref clearly didn't see it properly on the pitch or he'd have obviously been sent off on the spot.

McCarthy to face FA charges for headbutting Rooneys elbow

anybody who claims the FA do not favour the big teams is simply deluded

Rooney to face no action. Unbelievable.

 bet neither of you were saying likewise when Gerrard has done it twice previously. The FA have set the precedent with Starfish, even they couldn't find a way of doing Rooney on this one

Don't get me wrong not taking anything away from Kelly he looks a great prospect, if he stays at RB the league is going to have 2 very good RB's in the coming years with him and Rafael, but Giggs did leave him giddy in the FA Cup tie :p

Not fussed about Suarez, Smalling kept a much better player Tevez quiet so im confident he can do likewise with him. He's only scored one goal for you so far hasn't he?
