Are these the same FIFA guidelines that prevent appeals of red cards? And are we talking about the same FA that do allow red cards to be appealed?

The FA hides behind FIFA's guidelines on 1 issue and totally ignore them on another. It's nothing more than an excuse. The FA can and have gone against what FIFA say they should do but in the case of incidents like Rooney's and several before, they choose not to take action. It's pathetic.

It is pathetic but every club benefits from retarded decisions at some point, just as every club suffers.

I disagreed with a comment he made, as a moderator. I didn't think Mod's should be making such comments, and still don't in part.

I'm not in a good place, so I took quite a bit out on Rotty in an overly harsh way. So again sorry to Rotty if he's reading this.
