Well Messi just scored another wondergoal against Brazil, so Bothroyd has a lot to live up to tonight...
 
Can anyone explain why Lescott and Milner are in the team?
The rest of the team looks decent and i hope Henderson has a good game so he as he is having a great season so far.
 
Does anyone think foster is a bit of a Hollywood keeper? Not saying he's terrible but he makes most easy saves look dramatic. Think he is vastly overrated

Why is this being hyped up to be such a big game? It's a friendly :confused: Why are they talking about the French as being enemies? Why was Germany mentioned? :confused:

Also like how they've described the French as "flops" on the sky information :D England had a good world cup then? :p
 
To be honest if Henderson and Carroll can make the step up that would not be a bad side and I would be happy enough seeing it in a qualifier.
