I will get crucified but imo Rio should have done better there.
Still Foster shouldn't be beaten despite how good of a finish it was.
France loves a 1-2! they are ripping our midfield apart.

If the game carries on like this it could get really embarrassing, other then the poor squad selection, there isn't even a team mentality on the pitch.

The French look comfortable and happy and are knocking it about with ease, so much movement and understanding.

Why are ITV talking about France as flops? :confused: I don't remember England having a good World Cup? France imploded, England were just ****.
 
Route 1 all over again.

Henderson's been in the French half ONCE in 20 minutes, Barry a couple of times. The balls getting hoofed up to Carroll who's trying to knock it down to Gerrard, but there's no support players.

Both English wingers are tucking in and trying to pack the midfield, and the french are just passing it round them.....

Dreadful.......
 
Why is it that none of the England players are even attempting to tackle the French, or indeed making any movement towards the ball at any point.
 
I can't believe how poor this is. It is like watching the FA cup when a tiny non league team end up facing Chelsea.

It is a sad state of affairs that this is the best that we could put together.
