I think theres more to this problem than just Fabio.

We have a complete lack of talent, moving the players positions around is just a bit like rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.

I'm well aware that they are playing terribly. I'm making the point that the culture of booing the team when things aren't going well is counter productive. If they aren't good enough booing them isn't going to make them any better. Fans should get behind a team and give them confidence.
