***SPOILERS***(Real) Football 01-05 Apr 2010/2011

This shows that Berbatov has to start. His composure and creativity in the final third is unmatched. His control is excellent and as soon as he's on the field it gives us an option of going through the centre.

What exactly did he create when he came on?

He had nice touch out on the left flank then refused to pass the ball and shot from an impossible angle (does he think he's Suarez?) and then was clear through on goal with Hernandez to his side, dwelled on the ball and lost it.

I've actually not seen it, I got in later than anticipated from town but the commentators have been saying that it was just outside the box.

I'll watch it again, but i'd put money on it being directly on the line, pretty sure Vidic's foot was right behind it and contact or legs just on the line.

I think you'll find its more a case of commentator gets behind winning team and acts like everything they do is golden... syndrome.

He tried to say that it was a hard finish, sorry but, it was a slow ball, he had plenty of time, an empty net, 3 yards out.

Two utd fans felt the need to comment over a throw away comment by me about a laughable piece of commentry......... overly defensive much?

It was one of the easiest tap ins he'll have all year, its got nothing to do with Hernandez, Utd, me liking West Ham, it was just a hilarious thing for him to say.

Stick your roll eyes where the sun doesn't shine for all I care.

Utd could be ten nil up and Commentators like Smith & Greene would still call us like or have some barbed comments about how we play.

it was the fact they couldn't get the ball off him and the space he created for the others, he was excellent in his cameo. I'm happy with our forward line it's just our midfield we need to sort.

He held the ball up really well, showed great composure and should have got an assist when he put the ball on a plate for Gibson from 12 yards.

Giggs MOTM.

I agree with all of this.

I would like to see Rooney Berba and Hernández always start though i doubt this will always happen, as this could leave the midfield a bit weaken especially against the better sides in the PL and Europe.

Its not playing to the teams strengths that gets my goat with United at the minute.

They are so weak in midfield its untrue, and no amount of midfielders in there is going to change the fact they are either past it or not much cop.
So why not just go for it against teams like West Ham? a team that is mentally fragile, defensively weak and is one hefty defeat away from a total collapse, why give them any chance at all by negating all your own strengths?
Anyway potential bannana skin negotiated, well done to Wayne for moving even further up the all time premier league top scorers charts, and its always nice to beat West Ham.
In some ways, I think its nicer beating Cockneys than it is beating Scousers.
