I didn't say anything about user content, I was just saying the creatures provided look cool and unique as it is.

I think by poor they meant pretty generic creations compared to the absolute jaw dropping concoctions users have come up with from the scarily insane to full AT-ATs stalking along in herds.

What i mean is, you dont know that they are unique if you are not getting the full picture. You might think they look great, but may never experince some truly jawdropping stuff.
That said user creations may be rubbish and you dont miss out on anything, we wont know till the games been out a while.
Yeah the reviews said compared to the user created stuff EA's default creatures where dull

Released this friday, hopefully pre orders come out today.
Does anyone know if you can install it on more than one machine with one key? I want to install on my two kids machines and mine also.
Does anyone know if people who download it will still be able to see other peoples creations in their game? I assume there's some kind of cd key check before it allows you to download the online stuff, or at least there should be.
I'm buying it anyway but I wanna know if I will be getting a better experience.

I think there may be some way to download creatures and install them into the game as addons?

The way they stated it would work is when playing, if you have a net connection, it'll pull in creatures from the millions on sporepedia to populate the game (probably needed as they said the space section is generated on the fly, so the possibility of limitless planets).
