Are modern uniforms/ghillie suits not coated with materials that prevent detection by ir equipment?

Just to be on the safe side, get yourself a .50 calibre sniper rifle and keep your distance. At 2500 yards away you wouldnt need any camo kit.:D
 
These are difficult enough even when you look at the picture with the sniper circled. In UT I just learned the common sniping spots in maps and looked for them.

This - If I wasn't actively looking for a Sniper or knew there was one in the area I would quite easily look over them ...

We didn't have any of that on general issue back in the '90s. That was the stuff of pure fantasy...
Strangely enough, the idea that the current day MoD budget would allow for such things is also pure fantasy!! :D
 
How do these guys jump in the air and do a 720 degree spin before shooting, without being seen ?
