Spurs sack Poch

Poch has worked wonders for Spurs so it's harsh to be critical of him but he's contributed massively to the mess Spurs have found themselves in. There's been too much uncertainty around the club and Poch's own future, too often encouraged by himself, has been as uncertain as any player.

They've had a terrible start so you can somewhat understand why they've sacked him but I can't see where they go now, who will get Spurs even close to where they were up until the last 10 months or so. The timing of the sacking is a bit odd too - if they do have anybody lined up then you'd assume they'd have sacked him right after the last round of fixtures rather than 4 days before their next game.

From a Champions League final to the sack in the same year. That's really harsh.

It is but reading between the lines he lost the dressing room. Unfortunately player power is too much these days and who would want to take up the role now? Especially with 5 key players all leaving on freebies come the summer
