The top 240 radiator fit was a bit of a bodge. Fitted in to the mountings provided on the 650D with the typhoons on it, it hits the top of the motherboard where the 12V rail goes in. Its a shame Corsair didn't provide a range of different holes in the top for all kinds of mounting options.

So in the end I had to...bodge it....I will get some black screws when I get round to it. Its secured pretty good though, deffo not going any where!

Thanks mate Im properly chuffed with it so far. Let the overclocking commence!! :D

I wish I was a better photographer :o The colours do look excellent though its not quite as well co-ordinated as some!

I will down the road:) I always prefer to go a bit overkill for long term convenience:)

Only thing that's annoying me is the front 200mm fan is so loud. And when I connect it to my fan controller it buzzes like a bugger :(

Could try something like this on the front 200mm fan, these are the only ones i can find on OCUK but if u google there are plenty of them about with lower voltages like 7v and 5v if 10v is still too loud.

As long as its from know brand:
EK
Phobya
Koolance
alphaCool
BitsPower

Your ok to go, i.e. not cheap chinese knockoff

Glad to hear you have everything setup. Personally I would have slept on it :D

You listed bitspower there anyway? :D

And Phobya?? Their quality is nothing short of terrible.

Used bitspower for years and never leak tested....they are bombproof. Never understood the objections (usually price) that the brand gets from people who spend thousands on hardware and WC kit then put cheap fittings in when they are all that keeps the liquid where it should be.

To me thats like a ferrari owner happily blowing £150K on a car and moaning about the price of tyres and shodding it with cheap tat. :D

OP....

Nice build :)
