SSD Choice

hi Guys,

currently got a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-008-CR

and its working fine but going to get another 64GB for my system, should i get the same one again? or is there a faster/better one available? flexible with budget, just want the fastest 64GB out there

Must be the M4. Any reason you only want 64GB?

I would recommend the Crucial M4. A lot of people have had good experiences with it and has been shown to be a pretty decent SSD

I've got both a 128GB M4 and a 256GB Samsung 830 and would say they are both excellent! (so far!)

As above, any reason you want 64GB? Seems daft to get that M4 at £1.06 per GB when you can get the 128GB M4 for £89.99 (70.3p per GB)!! (or better still you can pick up the 256GB Samsung 830 for around £140 which works out at around 54p per GB! :eek:

)

I think I'm right in saying the bigger the capacity, the better the speed??

Just a thought if your budget is flexible!

i think i will convince her to meet me half way at the 128gb

Convince that lady to get you a good one 256gb m4 if you can... But that might require many hours work...
