SSD Choices?

Hi All,

I have had a bit of a dilemma while trying to choose a new SSD, the dilemma is this, Do I buy a 120GB Corsair Force GT Sata-III Drive(£100, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-024-CS&groupid=701&catid=2104&subcat=1427) or do I buy two 120GB OCZ Vertex 2E Sata-II Drives(£88, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-048-OC) and RAID 0 them.

I understand that there will be a significant speed difference between the two drives but my thoughts are that maybe RAID will be able to make up for some of it. The extra 120GB of space is also good obviously and the RAID 0 option is cheaper. I also realise that TRIM is not supported for RAID 0 which is another issue.

The new drive is mainly to make my transition to Windows 8 easier, as I have a USB with it on staring at me on my desk :) and I could with having an SSD boot drive instead of SSD caching.

I'm just Torn between the two and I thought I would ask you guys to see which you would do. Other Options/Opinions also welcome as long as they are within my budget of £100. :D

Thanks in advance,
Bigladluke :)

Not sure why you would consider the Corsair when both the Samsung 830 and Crucial M4 are cheaper and for a slightly better capacity?
