SSD & HDD...yet another thread!

I'm going to be thinking about purchasing a SSD later on this year and wanted to know what you guys would say which is the best to get. I'm after something small to run Vista 64bit home and a few games. So what size would I be looking at?

Also how would you recommend i set up my additional HDD's, (Samsung x2 500GB & 120GB IDE jobbie) RAID 0 the 2 500's? Or just keep them all seperate?

How much roughly does Vista take up on average? What price are you looking at for the Intel X25-M 80GB?

Have you noticed huge amounts of difference on the speed side of things?

EDIT: I've just seen the price! Woahhh didn't think it'd be that much!

What do you look for in a SSD then? I mean write speeds and all that doesn't really mean much to me, as i've very new to all of this. I use to just buy and Dell and run it into the ground!
