SSD HELP!!!!!

I have just brought my first ssd, and im having nothing but issues installing it.

i intended to clone my data from my old hdd to this ssd but i had nothing but issues with the software failing to start and what not that i decided to do a fresh install.

Windows 7 Pro 64x installation is detecting the ssd, however it says "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks."

I have the OCZ Agility 3 240GB and it has the sandforce controller 2281 if this helps. Need help asap

for some unbeknown reason it has just started working i turned off S.M.A.R.T in the bios that may have done it :> thanks for your help

If the drive is faulty it will go back but lets hope not
