OK so you enabled ahci in BIOS but what other things did you do ?

Did you put a clean install of Windows on the harddrive or the same one you were running under IDE ?

If its the same Windows install as you were running under IDE did you enable AHCI mode in Windows BEFORE changing it in BIOS ?

Guys I don't know the problem but I had to format again it didn't recognice also few USB I don't know why but it's ok new O.S and that's all...

What I did was this:

Install S.O W7 64 in IDE SSD.
Then I change in S.O for AHCI and then in BIOS.

And I had this problem.

NOW--------------

I have installed w7 64 in ahci BIOS in my SSD ok.

I couldn't install any drivers until I have installed Intel rapid storage technology, and now my windows it doesn't detect my 2 HDD sata but before to install that I could ise them how come?

The Intel rapid storage technology detectes the HDD but I can't use it and one of them is full of my information.

do a sytem restore before you installed the rst drivers, use latest one off motherboard website

I always using latest drivers even the last bios released.

But tell me why the system detects me the HD and when ai install intel rapid storage technology, it detect them but I can't use them this is my problem now xD

Well, I guess it will work any day I'll check it as soon as i come back home, I'm drinking something whilst battlefield and lol is downloading.

i have the same board as you,no you dont need the driver,it will run fine with what microsoft installs

but you will see better read/write speeds with an ssd if you install the irst drivers

Ok look running in AHCI I couldn't install chipset DRIVERS, but I could see my two sata 1tera each. Ok

SSD 240 S.O
D 1 Tera Sata.
E 1 Tera Sata.

Well then TO install the drivers for the Mb I had to download the IDK but then I can't see my Sata's HDD it appears in IDk and it says
System DISK:NO

OK, then I'm going to Computer management to Disk Management and is telling me.

You must initialize a disk before logical Disk Manager can access it. LOL
and then... The system cannot find the file specified.

I don't know my friend xDDD NO idea, let me install the drivers of the MB and I tell you in 5 minutes. Really thanks for your help.

So basically this it what it happens... Besides when I try to press one of those options MBR or GPT Is giving me an error which it says.

The system cannot find the file specified.

The cool story is that without that Intel rapid storage bla bla, was working good, and I tried what you gave me and it doesn't work it keeps frezze.

What first driver? what you mean?
