I wouldnt touch the intel drives with someone elses barge pole with all their corruption/bricking issues every generation (this one included).

The Force3 one however would be tempting if it were in 6 months or so time to replace the striped Force2's I'm on currently.

Of course, the real one I'm waiting for is the Z-Drive R4 P88 cards but they're taking their sweet time.

Intel have the highest reliability for SSD's out of everyone, but suit yourself.

+1.

I`ve heard that Intel drives have the highest reliability. I've had one myself for nearly 2 years, and so far so very good. At the time the X25M wasn't the fastest on paper, but was supposed to be faster than most in the real world. It is certainly fast enough for me, and has been reliable. Those new OCZ drives seem great on paper, but I keep reading reports of problems. I'd rather get my data slightly slower, than not at all.

Me!
Did the Corsair force 3 arrive today, because I just ordered one for tomorrow?

The force 3 are still on pre-order, it was the M4 that just landed. if all goes well we may get them later today or first thing tomorrow but there is no gaurentee on that.

Just received an e-mail:
' Your Order has been packed and is in the process of being shipped.'

I take it they arrived then?
Fingers crossed it arrives tomorrow for my Sunday build.

God help me, the missus is going to kill me!

I don't reboot my PC all that often, prefering to leave it on overnight, but would it be worth getting that 30Gb Vertex to stick the OS onto? how much of a speed increase would I see?

Your PC would feel very responsive compared to an HDD. It was certainly worth the upgrade when I bought one :)
