If you want native Intel SATA 3 then you're going to need a new motherboard, processor and possibly RAM.
I'd just stick with what you have and perhaps try the Intel SATA 2 ports to see if you get better performance than the Marvell SATA 3.
The Intel desktop chipsets which have native SATA 3 only support two SATA 3 ports anyway.
What are you doing that you think you need such high sequential speeds for?
They're not really the most important thing with SSDs.
Ok so went back onto the Sata 2 Ports as suggested and here was my results which I am really pleased with and I have certainly noticed the effects.
