was wondering with ssd prices having dropped a bit <£1 a gig now on certain drives, are the prices going to remain static at current prices for a while or will we see any further reductions in the next 12 months? thanks in advance for any replies:cool:

An article I erad, unabl;e to locate link atm stated its due to OCZ/Sandisk/Crucial lowernig Prices in order to push some of their competitors out of the market.
Not sure how true this is mind.

Makes sense, Crucial has done this before back in the M225 days, and the Sandisk prices can't be sustainable.

hmmm, food for thought, might invest in a ssd sooner rather than later, been putting it off for a while now due to the cost and the price of those sandisks is very tempting. was going to get a monitor but that can wait till i upgrade my mobo+cpu+gpu. thanks for the replies guys.
