SSD Question

I fitted my Crucial MX200 250GB SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Internal SSD and really happy and it runs really fast with no problems , for some reason i cannot disk defragmenter the ssd , is normal using Windows 10 ? It lets me opitimise the C drive thats it

Just as @KIA has mentioned, you should never defragment an SSD (or run Full Format). I just wanted to add that you should check if TRIM is enabled. This is an OS service, which deletes residual data left on the SSDs memory blocks in order for it to be able to run at its optimum performance throughout its entire life. This should be enabled by default for Win 10.
