Is doing a full virus scan fast?

1 SSD is far far faster then an hdd at doing anti virus scans, as an SSD has no seek time where an HDD does (SSD can access 1000 of files in the same time an HDD can), just buy 1 SSD the size that you need norm 64gb or 128gb thay are far faster then any hdd even if the HDDs are in raid

Yeah, it would be fast. Anything involving ssd raids tends to be very very fast.

only if your messing with big files (3gb or bigger) not likely to see any difference between using 2 fast SSDs or fast SSD 1 just the price tag thats all (unless your got 4 of them with 2 raid 0 setups for 2 ssds each, be fast between them)

just get size you need
