does it look right to people.

also what does pciide bad mean.

change your connection to AHCI (you have to do registry change, otherwise you won't be able to boot after changing IDE to AHCI)

are you running this in SATA2?

i have done the regedit. where do i find the option in the bios on a Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3 Z68 Socket 1155 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard to change to AHCI.

ssd is in one of the blue sata connectors on the motherboard which i think are sata 3

blue is SATA2, white is SATA3.

not sure about BIOS. something like Storage configuration/SATA mode

80mb/s write is wrong, but doing the above might sort that?
