SSD time..

Looking to get an ssd.

I have £150 to spend, so I've been looking at these two -

1) Corsair Force Series 3 240GB

2) OCZ Agility 3 240GB

Both look like great deals but the Corsair doesn't have any reviews.

Which one do you rekon?

Nope, there is no criteria to show if your a student or not when filling out the form

The drive I bought is the Notebook Series one, what's the difference with this and the Desktop version?

I think its slightly smaller in depth.

Isn't it the same size? Only it doesn't come with the mounting bracket?

I dont need a bracked if that's all the difference is.

My FT03 has a drive caddy as standard.

is this right about the desktop version being £25 or so more for the same drive but with a mounting kit ?. as i have a 800d case so i do not need a mounting kit, & it will save me money too....

Got the Samsung, installed fine, speeds are good.

Pitty that you have to wait 30 days to get your £20 cash back though

You have to wait 30 days before you can claim, then however long after that to get the refund, so could be a couple of months, though it's still worth it, one of the best SSDs for £135.99

You won't be dissapointed with that drive, bought one a few months ago to replace an old hdd in one of my laptops. The difference is amazing!
