It'll be interesting to see what's people's views are on this game and how big the game world is and how much there is to actually discover. I haven't played it in years, but recall the first STALKER game being a lot of fun and having quite a lot to explore, long before open worlds became popular.

I remember playing the first game and not getting very far but as I recall, I basically went off in my own direction and encountered physical barriers, whether it be a fence or a brick wall or even gas?! Was the original game not split into grids with a loading screen between grid? Anyways, it appears the map is bigger than the original, so not sure what to expect.

I've never used the PC Game Pass before, so I might look into that.

I've just renewed (India VPN method) and the terms are worse these days but it's still a substantial saving.
