Maybe you had another quest active at the time and they might only appear when on the correct quest?

Hmm maybe i got the 1 from the back but couldn't find the front 1...
Nah i think i'm just blind Dutch :p

On a side note, whats the earliest you can get Calibration Tools? I've got both sets of Basic and Fine but it seems the Calibration are all in Pripyat and i'm still in the 2nd area with no way to travel through.
 
I have a quest to find Oasis but there is no marker and everyone I talk to just says it's a legend, who should I talk to?
 
this stutters on me as well, using a 5850 8gb ram and a q6600 processor. the graphics are awful and its just vast emptiness. what a horrid game

it's exactly the same as the mine feild by the freedom base in the first game.

Throw a bolt at the floor in front it makes a very distinctive click if there's a mine :p

Not quite :p

First i walked through slowly hoping it wouldn't set them off, blew up.
Then i walked around to the fence, went down halfway and straight across to the corpse, saved, walked forwards and blew up.
Reloaded and walked back to the fence and blew up.
Reloaded and ran to a black patch where a mine had obviously exploded and ran to the chopper.

On a side note, knifing Hamsters to death is fail, the last 1 killed me ><

yeah they **** me off. I mean seriously, when you're wearing even a STALKER suit, let alone an exo suit, how on earth could they harm you?

Pesky little ankle biters...
 
OK now i'm just confused... i went back to the bridge and searched the front vehicle again and from nowhere, the documents and key had appeared in the chest that i swear i checked before (multiple times). So thats Key B. Key A should be in the rear jeep, and in the rear jeep is absolutely nothing, no key, no body, no chest, nothing... am i missing something here?

The answer was yes, the jeep i wanted was further back ><
